1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

A:We are a factory.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Second floor, No. 20, Lane 15, ShiJing JiaoXinJiWaiwei, ShiMen street, BaiYun District, Guangzhou, GuangDong, China.

All our clients from home or abroad are warmly welcome to visit us!We offer the service to pick you up in your hotel .

3.Q:How to get the price list?

A:Price list Pls Email /call to us with items name together with you details(name,details address,telephone,etc),we will send to you as soon as possible.

4.Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Usually : Sample order ---in about 1-3days.

20" container----In about 8-12days

40" container----in about 12-15days

5.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And you will no need to pay the freight to us.

6.Q:What is the payment terms?

A:TT, Western Union ( 30% -50% deposit ,balance before shipping for bulk order )

7.Q:How to Place an order?

A:Please kindly send us you order by email,we will confirm the PI with you .we wish to know the below:Delivery information-company name,details address,phone/fax number,destination,transportation way ;Product information,size,quantity,logo,etc

8.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. There are at least 48hours for testing before shipping.

9.Q:What kind of services do you offer?

A:We supply ODM, OEM service and also welcome you become one of our products agent .

10.Q: What is your after-service?

A: 1 year warranty.
